Role Overview:
We’re on the hunt for a creative and tech-savvy Marketing Executive who has a knack for graphic design, a flair for social media, and a deep understanding of SEO. You’ll be the voice and visual storyteller of Devexis India, creating compelling content that not only grabs attention but also drives engagement and conversions. If you’re excited about crafting beautiful designs, curating social media feeds, and making sure our content ranks high on search engines, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design: Create eye-catching visuals, including graphics, infographics, and other multimedia content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter). Create, schedule, and manage posts that align with our brand voice and marketing goals.
- SEO Optimization: Ensure all content is optimized for search engines, driving organic traffic to our website. Research and implement SEO best practices across all digital content.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the team to design engaging and shareable content, from blog posts to digital ads, that resonates with our target audience.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media performance and SEO metrics, using insights to refine strategies and improve engagement.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all graphics, content, and communications are consistent with our brand identity and voice.
Qualifications:
- Creative Skills: Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create visually appealing content.
- Social Media Savvy: In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Experience in growing and engaging social media audiences.
- SEO Expertise: Solid understanding of SEO principles and experience optimizing content to rank high in search engine results.
- Tools of the Trade: Proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), as well as social media management and SEO tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to convey ideas clearly and creatively.
- Adaptability: Ability to juggle multiple projects at once and pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
