REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Service Model

All services provided by Devexis India are customized, client-specific, and delivered based on mutual agreement, proposal, or invoice. As such, we follow a strict policy regarding refunds and cancellations.


Payments

Payments may be made via secure third-party payment gateways using credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, or net banking. Invoices and payment links are shared only after mutual consent.


Refund Policy

  • Once a payment is made, no refunds will be issued unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
  • In the event of project non-initiation, where no work has started and within 5 days of payment, a partial refund (after applicable deductions) may be considered upon written request.
  • If the client chooses to discontinue services mid-project, no refund will be issued for completed or in-progress phases.

⚠️ Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original mode of payment.


Cancellation Policy

  • Services can be cancelled before the project begins upon mutual agreement. In such cases, a cancellation fee may apply.
  • Ongoing service contracts (e.g., maintenance or retainers) require a minimum 30-day notice for cancellation.
  • Devexis India reserves the right to cancel any service or engagement due to non-payment, violation of terms, or force majeure events.
